Web Login Service - Request Expired
You probably see this message because you clicked the Back button in your browser and went back to a login step that you had already completed. Other reasons for seeing this message may include e.g. the following:
- You have accidentally added the login page to the bookmarks of your browser, not the actual site.
- You have clicked a link created by another user who made the same mistake.
- You have opened several browser tabs at the same time and some of them have taken you to logging in – in such a case, the login request has timed out on that tab.
If the problem recurs, you can try logging in to the service in an incognito window of your browser or using another browser. If the problem persists, please contact the Helpdesk.
